Astro-Menu provides your kitchen staff with an intuitive and easy-to-use dashboard. The Kitchen Dashboard is designed to help staff efficiently manage orders, track their status, and ensure timely meal preparation.
Whenever a new order is placed, it instantly appears on the Kitchen Dashboard in real-time. A bell sound alerts the staff for each new order, allowing them to promptly view the details and update the order status as “Completed” once the meal is ready to serve.
Tip:
If your operations don't involve a kitchen, such as when waitstaff handle both order-taking and preparation, you can enable the "Skip Kitchen" feature from the Branch Settings page.
